Starter Package

Train one on one 3 days a week-1 hour a day for 2 consecutive weeks. You'll learn proper form and technique to maximize your results as well as important nutrition principles. This package is perfect for those who are brand new to working out or just need some help getting started.

The Starter Package includes:

  1 on 1 Fitness Instruction - The workout session can be wherever you choose – a gym, outdoors, or in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

  Complete Fitness Assessment - I will identify your current strengths/weaknesses that will allow me to establish safe and appropriate exercise intensities for you. The fitness evaluation will include body composition, heart rate, and blood pressure measurements.

  Customized Fitness Program - The focus of every session with me is to meet your goals with a program tailored just for you.

  Personalized Nutrition Advice - Nutrition and physical activity are two pieces of the same pie. Focusing on one at the exclusion of the other will yield less than optimal results for clients. I will provide you with nutrition recommendations which match your fitness needs and goals.

  Unlimited Phone & Email Support - Whether you have a question about your program or need some extra motivation I will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure you stay focused and on track when we are not training together.
