Fee and Session Pricing

Each personal training package includes:

  1 on 1 Instruction - your choice of location (home, gym, outdoors)

  Fitness Assessment - Identifies a clients current strengths and weaknesses and also provides assistance in establishing appropriate exercise intensities. The fitness evaluation will include body composition, heart rate, and blood pressure measurements.

  Customized Workout Program - A custom training program is far more beneficial than a generic training program because a custom plan is designed with your individual needs in mind.

  Nutrition Advice - Nutrition and physical activity are two pieces of the same pie. Focusing on one at the exclusion of the other will yield less than optimal results for clients. I will provide you with nutrition recommendations which match your fitness needs and goals.
