What is a workout session with me like?
Workout sessions are designed to be both fun and motivating. The sessions will incorporate multiple muscle group movements allowing us to accomplish more work in less time. Each session will last approximately an hour. Our first meeting will be devoted to assessing your goals, fitness level, and health history.

What is the purpose of the fitness assessment?
The purpose of the fitness assessment is to gather baseline data and to provide a basis for developing goals and effective exercise programs. The fitness assessment gives me a broader perspective of the client. The process and the data collected assists me in identifying potential areas of injury and reasonable starting points for recommended intensities and volume.

How much does it cost?
My personal training is usually $50 per session. I provide discounted rates for partner and group training of $35 per person for each session. Fitness boot camps are $15 per person for each session.

1 Single Session- $60
Starter Package (6 Sessions)- $50 per session/$300
Silver Package (12 Sessions)- $50 per session/$600
Gold Package (36 Sessions)- $50 per session/$1800

Do you help me with my nutrition?
Absolutely! Nutrition and physical activity are two pieces of the same pie. Focusing on one at the exclusion of the other will yield less than optimal results for clients. I will provide you with nutrition recommendations which match your fitness needs and goals.
