What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.

How often will we meet and what will we do?
Participants will meet 3 days a week for approximately 1 hour. The boot camp sessions will consist of a variety of fun and challenging resistance and cardiovascular exercises designed to help you lose weight and tone up.

What do I need to bring?
Plenty of water, exercise mat (optional), and 5-15 lbs. hand weights.
